A: Yes! Discord is required for calls.Q: If western drill becomes an event, will we level up from beginner to intermediate and so on?
A: Yes! If western drill becomes a thing and we have a leader for it then yes you will be able to move up levels from beginner to advanced and possibly at the end become a leader.Q: If i had higher western drill training in future and I knew all beginner drill moves would you allow me to be a leader/instructor for new people automatically or would I have to apply again first for it?
A: I highly, do recommend you reapply again for whatever level you wanna lead if we took people immediately this could result in or create problems.Q: What if I miss and event/practice?
A: Do not worry about not being able to come to practices/events, I know a lot of people will have personal issues outside of Star Stable and we definitely respect that! What I do try to recommend is you at least come to a few lessons whenever you can!

Q: Is Discord call required during events?
A: Discord is required on our events as this is easier for the owner, who’s a mobile player & Autistic can demonstrate with voice and in game, instead of having to text in case they miss the move been said. So everyone that can must join the call for events unless said something else! Talking is never required though but you should be muted like everyone else, except the leader/riding instructor as they will have to go over moves and all the disciplines so everyone understands what to do.Q: What server is Diamond Cowgirls on?
A: Our club is on the UK Server “Cupcake Valley”!Q: What time zone does the club use?
A: All our club events are stated in BST (London Time)! You can use the app or Google the website “Timebuddy” to check your timezone to ours, if you’d like!Q: Will there be any future teams for each discipline in the club?
A: As we are still a small club we can consider this for the near future! So yes definitely we’ll allow it! Teams that would be practically available and that you can take will possibly be Barrel Racing, Pole pending and western drill (If it of course becomes a thing which we hope so) but at this second these could be teams you’d be able to join.Q: What is the club schedule?
A: As the event schedule could change at certain point which could be for in real life situations or we have other things on the days we’ve generally put events, but we can mention to you that all Realistic western events take place on Monday, Saturday & Sunday at 7pm - 8pm so every event roughly takes around an hour. Monday is a normal meeting, Saturday is any western disciplines people wanna learn & Sunday is normal hanging out; Like playing games or having fun etc.Q: Who Made Diamond Cowgirls logo?

A: Private lessons are offered to any of our members who want to enhance their Western disciplines outside of main club Events. You can schedule private lessons with the club owner/leader/Riding Instructor of your choosing. You can then meet up with the owner/leader/Riding instructor on the date you’ve chosen to do the private lesson and work on whatever you desire! Private lessons are very much easier and less disturbed for someone who has trouble with communicating with other people online, It’s a great opportunity for those who wanna do private lessons first than full members within the same room.

Q: Will I be notified if I get accepted/rejected? If so, how will this work?
A: Yes, whether you are accepted or rejected, you will receive an acceptance/rejection letter saying if you are accepted or rejected. You will receive your letter on whatever platform or media you’ve selected for your Alternative Contact, E.g. Discord or Instagram.Q: What is Alternative Contact?
A: As we are still a small starting club, We wont contact people on Star Stable mail if you are accepted/rejected due to the filter and message length limit. Please submit a Discord tag, Instagram, email or anything else you have that we can use to contact you. PLEASE AVOID GIVING US YOUR PRIVATE INFORMATION!Q: Will I be told why I was rejected?
A: Yes, you will receive a explanation as to why your application was rejected. We however don’t have trials for members yet, as said we will consider western drill in the future and then all members will be on trial starting at beginner level and working our way up to advanced.

Q: When will applications be open/closed?
A: Application open times can vary as we are still a small club, as was every other club the first time they made their own clubs/teams, so truly speaking, applications could open every month either the end of the beginning of the month.Q: When will I receive my application form letter?
A: You will hear if your accepted or rejected within 1-2 days after you submit your application form. If you are accepted into our club, you are expected to respond within 24 hours, or we will either delete or ignore your application, and you will be entitled to reapply when applications are back open.

Q: I was rejected… Can I reapply again?
A: You can reapply many times you want, as long applications are open and if you have not already been a member of the club. We DO not take people who spam applications for jokes or do it to be funny or make us have their attention; WE TAKE SPAMMING VERY SERIOUSLY!Q: I used to be in Diamond Cowgirls. Can I reapply and join again when applications are back open?
A: If you were removed by the owner for a reason, you will permanently not be allowed to apply again. However, if you were a member and were removed by accident, you may reapply. If you left the club by yourself, you can only reapply once again and if you keep leaving several times without reasoning you will be banned from joining us again and we will delete your application if we find out it’s you or the same person who has left multiple times.

Q: I was told you would get back to me about my application result, but I never heard back. Why haven’t I?
A: There could be several reasons to this question. For one reason either Your Discord, Instagram, or email was probably spelled incorrectly or you’ve changed your username. Other reasons could be your message/friend requests were not open when we’ve sent out the acceptance forms. Please READ THROUGHLY your Alternative Contact. If we can't contact you or any of your usernames or medias you’ve gave us, your application will be immediately rejected. We will not take any extra time to try to contact you again.Q: If I don't meet any “one” requirement, do you make some exceptions for those who want to apply to the club?
A: Unfortunately, we do not accept those who do not meet ALL requirements that are needed to join the club.
